MMT mentioned restaurant and conference hall in the facilities but neither restaurant nor conference hall was available.

fake and lie person, not good any kind from hospitality. rood behavior , indicipline , not hygenic

Bathroom was stinky, also the ac was noisy . Break fast service was super slow. Restaurant was really Good with good rest.

Very good to stay here specially staff behaviour was very good rooms space was big very nice and clean

Staff is friendly and quite helpful too. I Had a pleasant stay at Surat. The hotel is also very affordable.

We visited just to spend the night. So, didn't take photos, but will publish my observations. Room size is decent enough for a 2+1 stay. We were initially alloted room 202. When we went to sleep, it started making noises. We asked the night manager ki "bhaisahab bed bahut awaj kar raha hai, please shift us to a different room. it was 1:30AM. He said sir hotel is fully occupied. When we looked down, the bed was literally broken. Manager ko waps bulaaya, SUDDENLY a spare room (next door) became available. My question is : Pehle jhooth kyu bola ? If it would have been broken when we were sleeping, and we would have got hurt, who would have been responsible ? Woh to bol hi dete, tumhare wajah se toota bed. So, my impression is : Hotel is not putting enough efforts on maintaining the property and it's assets. The hotel has potential, but seems like management doesn't care enough on the guest's experience. Also, it's obvious that accha room freshner lagaake the hotel tries their best to cover it's negative points. So that the guest feels good the moment he enters the room. But assal mein "It's NOT that great." PLEASE NOTE : We just stayed for 1 night and this is what I experienced.

It was worst class service least hygiene, even hotel doesn’t have laundry bag highly discouraged that they are not giving bill while booking from mmt

Hotel royal accord is a cozy place, to stay either on personal or professional 訂房網站. In the middle of city and all areas of city can be explored from this place. Rooms are spacious and clean

See the propert is almost 30 years or more old but they have maintained it thru cleanliness location is in adajan close to city they have a roof top restaurant with limit access to room service don't expect too kuch but yes a simple clean stay

Nice hotel, service is good, the staff is also good and polite, the dinning area is best, food is good,.
